Eligibility for Returns

Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

To be eligible for a return:

  2. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  3. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important Guidelines for a Smooth Resolution

  1. Do Not Accept Open Packages
    Upon delivery, please inspect the package before accepting it.
    If the package appears to be opened, tampered with, or damaged, kindly refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.
  2. Mandatory Video Recording for Claims
    To process any return or refund requests, a video recording of the parcel being opened is strictly required. This helps us verify and expedite your claim.

The video must:

  1. Clearly show the sealed, unopened package before unboxing.
  2. Capture the entire unboxing process in one continuous take, without any edits or interruptions.

Please note:
Claims submitted without the required video evidence will not be accepted or processed.
